An established steel fabrication business is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its quality function through a period of growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to build effective quality systems, support AISC certification requirements, and strengthen processes across a fabrication operation.

The role

• Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with AISC certification requirements and ISO 9001.
• Lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Work closely with production and other teams to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
• Provide guidance on industry standards, compliance, and certification requirements.
• Help shape the company’s quality strategy as the business grows.

What you’ll bring

• Quality management experience in structural steel fabrication or a closely related industry.
• Strong knowledge of AISC certification requirements and ISO standards.
• Experience implementing or improving quality management systems.
• The ability to lead a team and work effectively with senior management and production.
