Quality Manager

Company: Telawne Power Equipments
Location: CSN (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar)
Industry: Transformer Manufacturing (EHV Transformers)
Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) department.
• Manage incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Ensure transformer testing and quality compliance as per applicable IS/IEC standards.
• Handle ISO 9001 audits, customer inspections, and supplier quality.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and quality-related costs.
• Lead the Quality team and coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Testing departments.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the transformer manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience independently managing the complete Quality Department.
• Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, inspection, testing, and quality systems.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
