Quality Manager

We are looking for an Quality & ISO Manager to manage ISO systems, audits, documentation and continuous improvement activities at our Murbad manufacturing facility. He will be heading a team of 8-10 quality engineers and reporting directly to the plant head.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems and documentation.
• Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Manage RCA, CAPA and 8D for quality issues and track actions to closure.
• Drive and monitor 5S implementation and audits across the factory.
• Maintain SOPs, procedures, records, document control, quality objectives and audit trackers.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience in ISO/Quality systems within a manufacturing company preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, RCA, CAPA, 5S and 8D.
• Internal/Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
• Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills.

Transformer experience is not mandatory. Candidates from any manufacturing industry can apply.
