- Expertise in Supplier Development and improvement their QMS and processes.
- Analysis on Field Complaints related to quality and take improvement action plans to reduce FCR and also visit to abroad for Complaint Analysis
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve QMS to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. 5. Lead the quality assurance team, setting objectives and priorities to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and ensure consistent product quality.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with national and international standards, as well as company-specific requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and audit suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards; develop supplier partnerships for continuous improvement
