We are looking for a senior Quality Management professional with a strong background in international garment manufacturing to lead quality operations and ensure the factory consistently meets global customer standards.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

✅ Previous experience as a Quality Manager handling UNIQLO — mandatory
✅ 8+ years of experience in garment/apparel quality management
✅ At least 3 years as QC Manager in a Tier-1 garment factory serving UNIQLO and/or Adidas
✅ Strong knowledge of AQL, garment production processes, and international quality standards
✅ Experience handling customer audits, inspections, and quality issues directly with customers
✅ Strong capability in root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
✅ Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment/Fashion Engineering, or related fields

Preferred Profile

Chinese nationals who are willing to work in Indonesia as an expatriate are highly preferred. Chinese-Indonesian candidates with strong international garment quality experience are also welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Quality Manager, you will take a leading role in:

• Developing and improving the factory's Quality Management System
• Managing quality from raw materials → production → finished garments
• Reducing defects and improving overall product quality
• Leading customer and third-party inspections/audits
• Driving root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Managing and developing the Quality/QC team
• Analyzing quality data and implementing continuous improvement
• Coordinating with Production, Engineering/Process, Purchasing, and other departments
• Maintaining a strong balance between Quality, Delivery, and Cost

Priority will be given to candidates with direct UNIQLO Quality Manager experience.
