Quality Manager (Manufacturing/ 5 Work Day)

• Develop, implement and maintain a consistent Quality Management system in alignment with the Company’s objectives and in accordance with AS9100 and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze KPI of quality system, recommend improvement to gain a higher sustainable quality level in processes and projects.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality systems.
• Plan and organize internal audit and management review, provide comprehensive review of Quality System compliance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate customer and 3rd party audit for system compliance and qualification.
• Provide training support to staff on all areas of the Quality System (e.g. quality awareness, new/updated procedures, policy, standard, Quality Methodology, QC tools, etc.).

Job Requirement:

• Diploma with discipline in Engineering with minimum 3 years of working experience in related capacity.
• Able to communicate in English
• Candidates with Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage, particularly for liaising with Chinese stakeholders.
• Possess good knowledge in quality control system.
