Quality Manager (Overseas)

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities: -Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing quality assurance program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards; and assuring appropriate procedures are in place that will assure both internal and external customer quality expectations are achieved. -Maintain, audit and verify compliance of products to established standards and specifications utilizing an efficient and cost saving system of maximum quality assurance. -Maintain a continuous inspection, testing, analysis, and problem resolution process to ensure quality standards can be met on a continuous basis. -Review external complains for the purpose of developing appropriate quality policies and standards, work with quality engineer and other departments to work out the improvement action plan and oversees the improvement actions’ follow up, maintain high customer satisfaction. -Help ensure that all employees are trained in quality assurance systems so they fully understand their individual accountability for maximum quality efforts. -Ensure all the established quality policies, system, process and product procedures are compliant with legal/corporate specifications and ISO9001 system requirements. -Develop an advanced quality planning effort in conjunction with engineering, production and customer needs. -Direct, develop and mentor quality team members. Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 10 years working experience in quality, and 3 years above as a manager role for overall functions. -Experience in high-speed cable, connector, or electronics industry. -Good knowledge for ISO9001/14001, 6-Sigma and SPC, PFMEA, MSA etc.
• Be familiar with different kinds of analysis tools. -Strong leadership skills in motivation and inspiration, coaching and mentoring. -Good skills in communication, result oriented.
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking. This working location for this position is in Vietnam.
