Quality Manager (Textile)

Key Responsibility:

• Own product quality performance: track defects, rework and rejection, and drive them down against agreed targets
• Control process quality: run in-line and final inspection and lead process defect analysis on the shop floorLead and guide the QA/QC team and shop-floor quality checkers
• Manage customer complaints end to end, with root cause analysis and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent quality and timely communication on quality issues
• Control supplier and incoming material quality and monitor supplier performance
• Prepare for, host and close technical audits such as QAFA, FCCA and GMP
• Manage Scope certification and its renewals
• Drive continuous improvement using 5 Why, fishbone and CAPA to remove repeat issues and reduce quality-related costs
