Certification: IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Quality Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project quality management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating quality-related activities across projects, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards, project specifications, and established quality management systems.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive project experience, advanced technical expertise, excellent leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage complex professional assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate quality management activities across projects, ensuring compliance with approved quality plans, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and quality procedures.
• Lead and coordinate quality teams and specialized technical activities in projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and implementation of advanced quality management concepts and solutions.
• Conduct and oversee quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 requirements and project standards.
• Monitor non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Review quality documentation, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and related technical submissions.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Provide specialist quality management support to meet project requirements and achieve established quality objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• UPDA Grade A is Mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in quality management functions on projects.
• Valid IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate quality activities, technical disciplines, and project teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems, quality assurance, quality control, auditing, and continuous improvement.
