Quality Operations Manager

BioTalent is currently working with one of the fastest growing medical device businesses on Spain who are on the cusp of some major regulatory breakthroughs and site growth. They are now looking for someone to grow out their quality operations team from scratch

The role will give you:

• A chance to build and own their quality controls and operations process their manufacturing
• Create your own team
• Work with a strong leadership team
• Own validation processes across both equipment and processes

You will bring:

• Over 10 years of hands on quality operations/Quality control experience across medical devices in an ISO13485 systems
• Preference for prior class 3 medical device work
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality controls, process validation, and equipment qualification. Ideally the implementation of these practices from scratch
• Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
• Process validation, test method validation, and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Fluent English.
• Degree in Life Science
