About the role
Responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing quality management systems in a printing and packaging manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Implement quality management systems
- Conduct quality assurance tests and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain high-quality output
- Operate equipment and use measurement tools for testing and AQL sampling
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in printing and packaging industry in manufacturing companies
- Skills in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or product inspection (Incoming/Outgoing)
- High attention to detail, thorough and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer skills for data processing
- Understanding of quality standards QMS, quality management systems such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, or halal standards
