What they need

At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More Than a Job: A Mission We are looking for a passionate Quality Process Engineer who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will join a team dedicated to designing and implementing world-class quality systems that ensure the reliability and safety of our mobility solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the performance and sustainability of global transportation networks.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop and optimize quality control processes to enhance scalability across production lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with engineering and manufacturing objectives.
  • Ensure reliability through root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 8D and FMEA.
  • Drive innovation by integrating digital quality tools such as SPC dashboards and data analytics for predictive quality management.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by training teams on ISO 9001 standards, Lean Six Sigma principles, and Alstom’s quality frameworks.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IRIS.
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools like 8D, FMEA, and PDCA.
  • Ability to interpret and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Strong collaboration skills using digital platforms for cross-site quality coordination.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience working with SAP or GSI preferred
  • Great presentation and communications skills required

How Success Is Measured

  • Achievement of quality improvement targets and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Effective collaboration and communication across engineering, production, and supplier teams.
  • Reduction in non-conformities and measurable gains in process efficiency.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies driving the next generation of sustainable mobility.
  • Contribute to global projects that have a direct local and environmental impact.
  • Advance your career through continuous learning, mentorship, and international exposure.

Compensation: $85,000 to $98,000

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

Other offers great for you!
