Quality Process Support

If you are looking for an entry level opportunity where you can provide operational and administrative support for the gap assessment and document management processes, and you have experience with Excel and TruVault, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support for the document management process in TruVault
• Uploading procedures and performing administrative reviews in TruVault
• Managing and following up on the gap assessment mailbox
• Identify or confirm the correct Local Process Owner (LPO) and contact the relevant stakeholders
• Correct management and complete filling of the Excel tracker
• Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions in a timely manner
• Conducting an initial substantive screening of gap assessments for common, previously identified errors

Requirements:

• Experience within a pharmaceutical, quality-oriented, GMP, or other regulated environment
• Basic knowledge of document control and Good Documentation Practices
• Microsoft Excel: basic use of trackers, filters, and running pre-configured, automated reports
• Microsoft Word: document formatting and template creation
• PDF tools: creation and maintenance of electronic templates
• TruVault or a similar electronic document management system
