What they need
- Plan and coordinate vehicle manuals for export markets
- Ensure manuals are accurate and delivered on time
- Manage inventory to prevent shortages
- Support customer issues and work with relevant teams to find solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering, Production engineering, Mechanical engineering, etc.
- Good computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good in English communication
- Familiar with quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, PDCA, and 8D
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and root cause analysis
- Fresh graduates are welcome
