Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in nursing
Demonstrates effective written and oral communications skills
Considerable knowledge of advanced clinical practices
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
One of the following:
- Current Alabama RN license
- Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama* *Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing or Health Administration
Working knowledge of quality assurance, utilization review or risk management
Licensure, Regsitration, Certification:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
Responsibilities:
Serves as an expert resource providing advanced practice, theories, and techniques gained through education, training, and experience to maximize quality patient/service outcomes.
