Quality Supervisor – Banking

Quality Monitoring, RCA, CAPA, Process Audits, Quality Metrics, and Customer Service Quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality performance across banking and financial service processes.
• Conduct regular quality audits and process checks.
• Review customer interactions, transactions, or process activities as applicable.
• Identify quality deviations, process gaps, and compliance-related issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues.
• Track quality scores, productivity, error trends, and other performance metrics.
• Provide quality feedback and coaching to team members.
• Coordinate with Operations and Training teams to address quality gaps.
• Recommend and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Identify recurring errors and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Support continuous improvement and service quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, BPO, Quality, or Process Quality.
• Experience in Banking Operations / Customer Service / Collections / Loan / Credit Card / Financial Process is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality parameters and quality monitoring.
• Good understanding of RCA tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of CAPA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work with Operations, Training, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
