Quality Supervisor

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、供应商管理 Supplier Management

①供应商品质保证：通过对合格供应商的变更管理、过程品质控制、产品符合性要求、质量问题分析闭环等手段，推动供应商品质持续提升。

① Supplier Quality Assurance: Drive sustained quality improvement for qualified suppliers via change management, in‑process quality control, product conformance requirements and closed‑loop analysis of quality non‑conformities.

②异常物料处理：IQC 检验阶段和生产现场异常物料判定，制定临时应急措施和后续预防措施。跟踪供应商问题原因分析、改善及跟踪闭环，以及因供应商问题损失追责。

② Abnormal Material Handling: Determine disposition for non‑conforming materials at IQC inspection and production site, define temporary contingency plans and follow‑up preventive actions. Oversee suppliers’ root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and closed‑loop verification, and implement liability assessment for losses arising from supplier‑caused issues.

2、制程管理（统筹质量组）Process Management (Oversee the Quality Team)

①负责制造过程质量控制：a、确认现场生产过程关键质量控制点的策划和有效控制；b、构建产品检验 / 化验 / 巡检过程的质量监督方案。

① Responsible for manufacturing process quality control: a. Validate the planning and effective execution of key quality control points for on‑site production; b. Develop quality supervision protocols for product inspection, laboratory testing and patrol audit activities.

②制造过程质量数据信息分析及统计，以及异常问题管理。

② Perform statistical analysis on manufacturing quality data and administer quality non‑conformity management.

③制造过程产品质量问题处理，不合格品的控制、处理、改善。

③ Resolve product quality incidents within manufacturing, including control, disposition and improvement of non‑conforming products.

④制程过程体系流程文件的业务优化及改善。

④ Optimize business‑related system and procedural documents for manufacturing workflows.

3、客户质量：对接客服，明确客户标准，处理质量投诉，牵头根源调查与整改，跟踪验证效果，提升客户满意度。

3、Customer Quality: Collaborate with customer service to clarify customer specifications, resolve quality complaints, lead root‑cause investigation and corrective actions, monitor effectiveness verification and enhance customer satisfaction.

4、客户审核：配合内审、外部审核及体系认证，客户审核对接及整改跟踪。

4、Customer Audit: Support internal audits, third‑party audits and system certification activities; coordinate customer audits and track completion of corrective actions.

5、团队管理：负责质量团队日常排班、工作分配及绩效考核；完善检验标准，组织开展质量相关专项培训，提升全员质量意识与团队整体业务能力。

5、Team Management: Manage daily rostering, task allocation and performance evaluation for the quality team; refine inspection criteria, deliver targeted quality training, and lift team‑wide quality awareness and professional competency.

任职要求 Job Requirements

1、具备基础团队管理能力。

1.Basic team‑management competency is required;

2、本科及以上学历，质量工程、材料、机械等理工类相关专业。

2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Quality Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant science & engineering disciplines.

3、3 年以上精密制造行业质量经验，1 年以上质量管理经验；熟悉精密制造工艺，精通 ISO9001 体系，可独立完成审核对接、客诉处理、质量项目改善等工作。

3. Minimum 3 years of quality‑function experience within precision‑manufacturing, with at least 1‑year hands‑on quality‑management experience. Familiar with precision‑manufacturing processes, proficient in ISO9001 system; able to independently conduct audit coordination, complaint resolution and quality‑improvement projects.

4、持有内审员、六西格玛等质量相关证书者优先。

4. Holders of quality‑related certifications e.g. Internal Auditor, Six‑Sigma are preferred.

5、擅长跨部门协同，做事细心严谨、抗压能力强；中文沟通无障碍者优先。

5. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, meticulous working style and good resilience under pressure. Candidates with proficient Chinese communication are preferred.
