• Responsible for the corrective and preventive actions in the plant ;
• Drive both internal and external audits, including system audit, customer audit, project audit, process audit and product audit
• Communicate with 3rd party on the external audit, especially the certification audits;
• Improve the knowledge of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality systems.
• Identification and implementation of customer requirements
• Participate for new supplier qualification and daily management from quality perspective;
• Daily process quality control and react in a timely manner;
• Data collection and statistic way to present, identify opportunities for further improvements by PDCA methodology ;
• As key team member for any changes for both product and process , review and approve changes , escalate if necessary;
• Customer complaint handling; Warranty management.
• Leading problem solving in the company wise.
• Lead and develop a high-performing quality team. Job Qualifications:
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese.
• Rich knowledge in Electronics component and manufacturing
• Rich experience in 5 Core tools of automotive industry and OEM requirement e.g. VDA, BIQS, Q1 etc.;
• Familiar with applying Lean & Six sigma, 8D and SCAR etc. quality tools to analysis and resolve problem.
• Know about APQP, CP, FMEA, MSA and PPAP etc. knowledge.
