Quality Supervisor

Basic Function

Responsible for ensuring all packaging products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Supervises QA team, manages inspection processes, and ensures compliance with ISO and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

2.1 Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

2.2 Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and SOP’s

2.3 Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation.

2.4 Analyze defects and quality issues; recommend improvements.

2.5 Respond to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions

2.6 Train and supervise QA personnel; ensure calibration of testing equipment.

2.7 Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

4.1 Graduate of any Engineering Course or any related field

4.2 With at least 1-2 years related experience in manufacturing company
