Quality Supervisor

Quality Supervisor needed for a manufacturing company in Irvine, CA!

We are looking for a supervisor to support quality activities in a wiring harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment. This role oversees inspections, mentors inspectors, and partners with Production and Engineering to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Inspect cable and harness assemblies, including crimping, connectors, splices, routing, labeling, and testing.
• Train and support Quality Inspectors.
• Identify nonconforming materials and support corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering on quality improvements and NPI builds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality inspection or quality assurance experience in wiring harness, cable assembly, or electrical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong knowledge of cable and harness workmanship standards.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
