Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to monitor and improve quality standards across day-to-day operations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality parameters, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and quality improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality standards across operational processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify process gaps.
• Analyze quality issues and identify root causes using RCA tools.
• Track quality parameters, trends, and performance metrics.
• Work with team members and operations teams to address quality concerns.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality feedback sessions and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure processes are followed according to defined quality standards.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up for timely closure.
• Support the team in maintaining consistent service and process quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of quality parameters and quality monitoring.
• Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

• Any graduate degree.
• Relevant experience in Quality, Process Quality, Operations Quality, or a related field is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with quality metrics, identifying process deviations, conducting RCA, and supporting corrective actions to improve overall process quality.

Compensation

₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
