What You’ll Do Single point of contact with customer which looks to reach the customer excellence. Analyze any product non-conformity reported by customer or cross dock in order to contain it and properly solve it. What Is Required Engineering / Professional carrier Quality Engineer

Quality basic tool knowledge: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow Diagram, Problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma etc. SPC , MinitabProblem Solving, SPC or quality tool desirable
