Quality Supervisor Labor Mexicana | Arlington, Texas Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Language requirement: English and Spanish (bilingual) About Labor Mexicana Labor Mexicana is a company specializing in quality services and human resources solutions, with operations in Mexico and the United States. We partner with our clients to provide reliable operational support, quality inspection services, and workforce management. We are looking for a bilingual Quality Supervisor to oversee daily activities, coordinate personnel, and ensure that assigned quality operations run efficiently at our Arlington, Texas location. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned quality team. - Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and staffing coverage. - Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely and accurate completion. - Monitor team performance and compliance with established quality procedures. - Support quality inspection, sorting, and containment activities as required by the operation. - Communicate operational updates, incidents, and performance results to management and the client. - Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary. - Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment. - Maintain accurate attendance records, shift reports, and operational documentation. Qualifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - Previous experience in quality supervision, manufacturing, quality inspection, sorting, or containment services. - Experience coordinating teams and monitoring daily operational activities. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage attendance records, task assignments, and operational reports. - Availability to work Monday through Friday.
