Quality Supervisor

Manages a single cell or mid complexity level resource coverage/allocation for the shop floor.

Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.

* 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.

* 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, lead auditor, or team leadership experience.

* Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

* Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to support multi-shift manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications * 8+ years of manufacturing quality experience.

* Experience in HVAC, automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing environments.

* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.

* Experience managing NCR, MRB, CAPA, and containment processes.

* Experience with SAP, MES/ATOM, Power BI, or other manufacturing systems.

* Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training or certification.

* Experience leading quality teams through audits, product launches, and customer issue resolution

Quality Systems & Compliance * Ensure compliance and quality policies, ISO requirements, customer standards, and internal procedures.

* Support internal audits, layered process audits, and customer audits.

* Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and traceability requirements.

* Verify adherence to control plans, PFMEAs, inspection standards, work instructions, and quality alerts.

* Drive closure of audit findings and corrective actions.

Root Cause & Corrective Action * Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and other quality methodologies.

* Conduct investigations of defects, escapes, warranty claims, and recurring process failures.

* Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified, and sustained.

* Partner with Engineering and Operations to eliminate root causes and improve process capability.
