Quality Supervisor 质量主管

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities & tasks:

• Establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement Quality Management System, ensure the department complies with relevant standards and company operation requirements, organize regular internal audit, management review and system optimization work, and promote the effective operation of the whole quality management system.
• Oversee customer quality management: Track and analyze customer quality feedback and complaints in a timely manner, organize the investigation and analysis of customer quality issues, formulate and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Manage incoming material inspection work: Be fully responsible for the quality control of raw materials, purchased parts, semi-finished products and other incoming materials, formulate strict incoming material inspection standards and sampling plans, supervise the inspection team to complete incoming material quality inspection efficiently and accurately.
• Take charge of supplier quality management: Establish and improve the supplier quality evaluation and assessment system based on QM requirements, conduct regular quality audits and performance evaluations on suppliers, guide suppliers to carry out quality improvement work, track the rectification of supplier quality problems, optimize the supplier quality management system, and ensure the stability of supplier product quality
• Be responsible for product reliability management: Formulate product reliability test plans and standards, organize and carry out various reliability tests such as durability test, environmental adaptability test and performance stability test, analyze test data, identify product reliability risks, promote the research and implementation of reliability improvement solutions, and enhance the overall reliability and service life of products.
• Lead the quality team construction and management: Be responsible for the daily management, professional training and skill assessment of quality inspectors and relevant quality personnel, improve the professional quality and system awareness of the quality team, and clarify the job responsibilities and work standards of each quality post.
• Other tasks assigned by direct reporter Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality control environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage quality team, including experience in team building, coaching, and performance management of a diverse team
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance principles, and lean manufacturing techniques. Work experience in a foreign company is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of effectively articulating technical and non-technical information to various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant manufacturing technologies, quality management systems (like ISO standards, 6sigma……)
