Quality Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises incoming materials inspection and ensures timely SAP input of accepted materials.
• Reviews incoming materials inspection method and QC working procedures and propose changes as necessary.
• Handles and evaluates defects. Identifies and analyzes non- conforming products. Provides evaluation and instruction for treatment of non- conformities.
• Reviews the degree of defect and coordinates with supplier improvement plans which came up from nonconformity and quality issues.
• Responsible for the initial judgment and confirmation of quality reports and products. Gives special judgment according to the degree of defects.
• Conducts investigation on material related complaints and prepares reports. Interfaces with suppliers on material related issue.
• Knowledgeable in QMS and ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2019.
• Prepares periodic reports on incoming inspection group progress.
• Performs process and suppliers' audits to verify compliance according to company standards or requirements.
• Coordinates with other departments the matters related to quality and productivity.
• Issues protocols for process qualification in relation to modification.
• Responsible for the review and examination of related procedures and work instruction.
• Monitors employees’ compliance to good manufacturing practices to ensure that proper controls are in place.
• Provides necessary training to subordinates and other members concerning workflow, procedures or work instructions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up preferably in an ISO certified company.
• With in-depth knowledge on QC Tools and concepts.
• With good technical and people handling skills; Proficient in MS Office applications
