Quality Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise in-process inspection of components on CNC Turning and Machining lines.
• Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor CNC line quality and ensure compliance with inspection standards.
• Identify defects, control rejection, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to Control Plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifica Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in CNC line inspection or automobile component manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of in-process inspection and defect analysis.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, and SPC will be an advantage.
• Good team-handling and problem-solving skills.
