Quality Supervisor

Seeking a skilled quality inspector / supervisor to lead and perform daily inspection of gear cutting tools to ensure dimensional accuracy, geometrical quality of gear cutting tools (Hobs, Shaving Cutter, Shaving cutter,Broach)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Daily Inspections and Quality Assurance

● Documentation and Reporting (QC records)

● Process Compliance - Identify deviation against drawings and defect monitoring etc.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

● 2-3 Yrs Experience in Gear Industry (On Inspection or Manufacturing Line)

● Knowledge in gear terminology is must (Involute profiles, spur gear, helical gear, worm gear)

● Knowledge in Gear Tester, machining tolerances, surface finish and GD&T

● Knowledge in High Speed Steel (HSS) Tools is an added advantage

Good Knowledge about Ms-Excel,Office.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

● Hands on skills on precision instruments like Bore gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometer etc.

● P26 / CMM opera ng experience is an added advantage

● Strong ability to access geometric measurements

● Strong understanding on Engineering drawings and other related technical details

Education

Diploma/Degree- Mechanical/ Metrology

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
