About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Survey professional to join LNL Integrated Construction Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Quality Survey specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy and compliance. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining project integrity, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring that all work aligns with specifications, regulations and client expectations. Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality surveys and inspections of construction works at various stages of project completion
• Prepare detailed survey reports documenting findings, measurements and compliance assessments
• Identify discrepancies between completed works and approved specifications or drawings
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and project managers to address quality issues and non-conformances
• Utilise surveying equipment and technology to measure, verify and document construction elements
• Maintain accurate records of all quality inspections, test results and corrective actions
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns
• Provide recommendations for improvements to construction processes and quality control procedures
• Ensure all survey activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes and regulations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience in quality surveying or quality assurance within the construction industry
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and software, including total stations, levels and computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and non-conformances
• Sound knowledge of quality control procedures and quality management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical recommendations for quality improvements
• Preferably certified or eligible for professional surveyor credentials or quality management certifications
