Quality Surveyor (Intern)

Position: Quantity Surveyor Intern

Job Description:

• Assist the QS team with quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents, and cost comparisons.
• Support the checking of subcontractor claims and variation orders.
• Assist with project documentation, filing, and cost tracking.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
