Quality System & Document Control Supervisor

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Quality System & Document Control Supervisor candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.
Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, quality system administration, or QA/QC roles within the food industry or restaurant/F&B sector
• Solid understanding of food safety management systems (preferably ISO 22000) and document control procedures
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to coordinate with internal teams and external parties (including government institutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the QC Manager in implementing QC programs, including ISO 22000, Management Review Meetings, Internal Audits, and External Audits
• Manage document and record control processes across departments in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures are properly implemented and followed up
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant government institutions (e.g., Health Department, Halal certification body) regarding applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements across related operations
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, reports, and records related to the quality system
