Quality System & Standard Control

• Develop and maintain Control Plans for new motorcycle models.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and manage quality documents for new model approval.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
• Support motorcycle certification (CBU) and parts certification activities.
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions using quality tools.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Technology/ Automotive Engineering or  related field

• Experience work in Automotive Industry (If have)

• Understands motorcycle function and quality issue in automotive field will be advantaged

• Can ride any type of motorcycle and have a driver's license.

• Good communication in English (TOEIC score 550 up)

• Good commence in basic computer application (MS. office, CATIA V5 / Solid Work, online meeting application)

• Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA) for analysis.

• Ability to analyze quality problems and identify root causes

• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications
