QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

• Support the QA Supervisor/Manager in ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Formulate and recommend strategies to achieve Quality Assurance objectives and improve overall quality performance.
• Identify gaps in QMS implementation and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct ISO orientation, awareness sessions, and refresher training to strengthen employees’ understanding of management system requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to ISO standards, IATF requirements, and established company procedures.
• Plan, perform, and document internal audits in accordance with applicable management system standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports, document audit findings, and analyze quality performance data.
• Perform supplier audits to evaluate compliance with applicable quality standards and management system requirements.
• Assist in coordinating ISO certification, recertification, and surveillance audit activities.
• Lead internal audits covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and other applicable management system standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for first-party, second-party, and third-party audits.
• Establish annual audit schedules, prepare audit plans and training materials, and compile comprehensive audit reports.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Management Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience conducting ISO internal audits.
• At least 1 year of experience coordinating ISO certification processes and managing compliance-related activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable management system standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in technical report preparation, data analysis, and presentation of audit results.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience as an internal auditor for multiple ISO management system standards.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or electronics industry is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating external certification audits and customer audits.
• Strong understanding of corrective and preventive action (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
