Quality System Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements.
• Manage internal audits, certification audits, customer audits, and corrective action follow-up.
• Maintain and control quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Drive CAPA, non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Oversee Management Review, Quality KPIs, risk management, and change management processes.
• Support implementation and compliance of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Manage calibration systems and quality compliance requirements.
• Lead quality training initiatives and promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management Systems within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), and AIAG/VDA requirements.
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and audit management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
