Quality System (QS) Assistant

Role and Responsibilities

• Document controller for all management system related documentation and ensure proper document maintenance, both in computer server and software system.
• Planning & scheduling of all relevant audit programs (internal and external party) are done in timely manner.
• Ensure the application or renewal of certification and other related system requirement are done in timely manner.
• Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to management. Assist in general clerical work for daily departmental operation.
• Responsible in scheduling and monitor the execution of pest control activities and ensure proper maintenance of the associated records.
• Contribute in the implementation of any management systems related activities (e.g., audits, training, etc.) when required.
• To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time.

Job Success Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in handling of any management system.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Kosher and Halal will be an added advantage.
