What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) investigations, DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC analysis, SPC study, Why-Why analysis to identify root causes of defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control plans for process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by providing guidance on project management best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of ISO documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting CAPA investigations, DFMEA studies, PPAP preparation, MSA studies, SPC analysis, SPC study development.
