Quality Systems Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Systems Assistant provides administrative and operational support to maintain and continuously improve the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). The position assists in document control, quality records management, audit preparation, training coordination, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to company policies, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Experience in document control, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality records management is preferred.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage documents, records, and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in reviewing and maintaining quality-related documents and records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality system-related concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and confidentiality in handling quality records and company information.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
