Quality Systems Assistant

• Assists in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable standards.
• Manages document control activities, including issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents.
• Ensures compliance with documents retention and record management requirements.
• Supports the preparation and coordination of internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
• Assists in investigating quality issues by gathering data and preparing documentation.
• Monitors the status of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up with responsible departments.
• Assists in preparing quality reports, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinates employee training records related to quality systems and compliance requirements.
• Supports the implementation of process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Assists in investigating quality issues by gathering data and preparing documentation.
• Performs administrative tasks related to the Quality Department.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• At least one (1) year work-related experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Experience with internal auditing and corrective action processes is preferred.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
