We are currently looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to join our Quality Systems & Planning Department and contribute to the effectiveness, sustainability, and continuous improvement of our quality management systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably from a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality management systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, along with familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO/IEC 27001 management systems.

• Experience in conducting internal audits and holding a relevant Internal Auditor Certification.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong planning, organization, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Ability to develop agile and innovative solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel when required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and maintain the company's management system certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO/IEC 27001, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.

• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits covering management systems, LG standards, and relevant company procedures.

• Manage management system documentation, nonconformities, and corrective actions through the QDMS (Quality Document Management System) platform.

• Coordinate the reporting, analysis, and improvement initiatives related to the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

• Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes through documentation reviews, compliance assessments, and audits.

• Consolidate, analyze, and report supplier quality performance indicators to support supplier evaluation and improvement activities.

• Plan and coordinate supplier process audits, supporting audit execution and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate the preparation of periodic quality review meetings, including performance reports, key findings, and improvement actions.

• Support departmental budget planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize quality processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of new processes.

• Consolidate and prepare quality performance reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

• Manage and monitor the calibration processes of internal measuring and testing equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by working closely with relevant departments to enhance process effectiveness, operational excellence, and overall quality performance.
