Quality Systems Engineer (Semiconductor)

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Basic salary up $7500 + AWS + VB + Allowance
• North Area (company transport provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain and improve quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA and ESD
• Ensure quality-system requirements are effectively implemented across production, testing, procurement, R&D and other departments
• Plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews
• Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions
• Support customer audits and third-party certification audits
• Develop, revise and control quality documents including quality manuals, procedures, SOPs and record
• Conduct quality-system training and improve quality awareness across departments
• Monitor quality-system performance and establish relevant quality KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of quality-system experience within the semiconductor or silicon photonics industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality-management standards
• Experience in QMS establishment, maintenance, internal audits and management reviews
• Familiarity with semiconductor production/testing processes such as wafer dicing, test lines and chip inspection will be highly advantageous
• ISO/IATF internal auditor certification is an advantage
• Strong documentation, communication, coordination and training skills
