Quality Systems Executive

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Food Safety & Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP)
• Assist in implementation and coordination of the Halal Quality Management System and certification programs (Singapore/Indonesia)
• Assist to plan, organize, and execute internal audit programs and follow up on non-conformities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee document control, ensuring all Quality Manuals and procedures are updated
• Coordinate the plant's equipment calibration program
• Conduct plant hygiene audits and enforce food hygiene measures
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., SFA) regarding compliance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the Food Manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 22000
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, hygiene monitoring, and internal auditing
• Knowledge of SFA regulatory and food export requirements
• Experience with Halal certification (Singapore Muis or Indonesian BPJPH)
• Certified Internal Auditor
• Strong understanding of document control and record management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
