Are you a Quality professional who knows how to turn robust systems into measurable improvements?

We’re looking for a Quality Systems Lead to drive food safety, audit compliance and continuous improvement at a major global taste and nutrition manufacturer.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the site Quality Management System, lead the internal audit programme and drive non-conformances through to closure. You’ll oversee factory inspections, traceability exercises and mock recalls, while supporting external and customer audits. Working closely with Quality and Production teams, you’ll ensure standards are maintained and quality performance continually improves.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Quality, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and food manufacturing standards.
• Experience leading audits, investigating non-conformances and driving corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quality data and manage site KPIs.
• A relevant degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related subject.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across departments.
