Quality Technician (CMM Program)

Key responsibilities and duties:

1. Do the measurement and provide result of Sample Inspection Report (SIR) as required for NPI new product

and component part using with measuring equipment such basic instrument, CMM and visual appearance by

following to product characteristics as identified into product/part drawing / notes and customer specific

requirement.

2. Create the Inspection Standard and Form by following to product characteristics as identified into product/part

drawing / notes and customer specific requirement.

3. Control and ensure RIR (Request for Inspection Report) provide the SIR document as well as judgement

on time.

4. Follow the inspection sampling plan and sample size as per control plan and provide report correctly on time.

5. Create Quality Alert and Quality Visual Aid by following to Standard Quality Instruction/Standard (SQI)

and conduct training and explain the method to production team.

6. Support the specific product testing and report as defined per Control Plan / Customer Specific

Requirement at Welding - Macro test, Powder Coat - Adhesive & Salt Spray Testing, etc..

7. Do the product audit according to product audit planned.

8. Identify part/product status tag for non-conforming (Rework, Scrap, Hold and DA)

9. Raise the Internal Concern for any non-conformity and not follow to the procedure

10. Be part of problem-solving team to support measurement at internal concern and customer concern

to define the dimension/appearance inspection report.

11. Support specific assignment with providing the report related to Measurement System (MSA), Analysis /

Process Capability Analysis (SPC) from Head of Quality Department.

Qualifications:
Education level: High Vocational.

Experience required:

1. Quality Control/Quality Assurance Technician 2. CMM Quality Technician / CMM Lab Specialist 3. At least 3 years working mostly with Automotive suppliers.

Specific skills:

1. Drawing & GD&T measuring fully executed. 2. CMM Measuring, especially Rumor Arm scanning. 3. Inspection Equipment (Basic tool and High Accuracy) 4. Basic Quality Tools (QC 7 tools) 5. Microsoft office ; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
