Job Description: We are seeking a talented quality inspector that is familiar with Solar, Manufacturing & Semiconductor industries best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry. This role involves using various inspection tools.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to inspection plans, work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2.Accurately record inspection results, complete inspection reports, and ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected products.

3.Verify that all documents, product labels, tooling, measuring instruments, gauges, and related equipment are properly organized and maintained within the work area.

4.Conduct routine maintenance, calibration verification, and proper upkeep of measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.

5.Identify, report, and follow up on quality issues or non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions when required.

6.Ensure compliance with company quality management systems, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

7.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

8.Achieve departmental objectives and perform other duties or assignments as directed by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements:

1.Polytechnic education or above.

2.Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings; machining drawing experience is preferred.

3.Experience in sheet metal fabrication, machining, or machinery manufacturing environments.

4.Proficient in the use of basic measuring instruments, including vernier calipers, outside micrometers, height gauges, and related inspection tools.

5.Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), 2.5D measurement systems, or optical projectors/comparators will be an added advantage.
