Quality Technician

Shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

The Quality Technician's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• First Piece inspections
• Tool change and End of Run checks
• Grain flow/ laps and acid tests for surface discontinuities
• Line inspections of parts and paperwork
• Inspection for and containment of foreign/ suspect material
• Issuing and returning gages
• Gage calibration and maintenance
• Retention of records and samples
• Statistical Process Control and PPK studies
• Maintenance and cleaning of the Quality Lab, acid cabinets, and SPC stations

Requirements

• Able to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background Check, Drug Test and Physical Required

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
