Quality Technician

Overview: We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high standards of quality in our products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards

• Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement

• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process

• Utilize various tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments for accurate measurements

• Collaborate with the Quality Management team to implement quality assurance procedures

• Document and report any quality issues or deviations

• Assist in fabricating testing equipment as needed

• Responsible for preparing PPAP Layouts

• Executing inspection plans on shop floor

• Generate internal non-conformance reports

• Prepare all necessary quality and production documentation

• Participate in APQP as required

Experience:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and procedures

• Proficiency in data collection and analysis

• Familiarity with quality inspection techniques

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Preferred
