Job Summary:
Seeking a Complaints Technician to investigate returned medical device capital equipment, perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and document complaint findings. Responsibilities include using testing tools, reviewing manufacturing data, supporting CAPA/NCEP resolution, and assisting with lab operations and process improvements.
Requirements:
High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Experience in medical devices, post-market quality, or manufacturing preferred.
Hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.
SOP writing experience is a plus.
