Shift Timings Quality Technician Job Overview:

• Work Schedule: 10am - 6:30pm
• Training Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm

Duties Job Description:

• Mechanical inspection of precision machined components.
• CMM (Optical and Touch Probe), Interferometry, Laser Micrometre and other advanced metrology equipment.
• Calibrations of metrology equipment.
• CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Work experience in a QC and manufacturing environment is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Lean, Corrective and Preventive Action, root cause investigation, Kaizen (continuous improvement-PDCA) knowledge and understanding
• ISO 9001, AS9100, and / or FDA Certifications

Experience With Any/all The Following Is Highly Desired

• Advanced Metrology
• Programmable optical measurement tools (optical CMM)
• Keyence Image Measurement system
• Interferometers used for surface finish and form analysis
• Laser micrometer

Education

• University degree, specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Transparency

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $25.36/hour - $25.36/hour W-2
