工作职责:

General Responsibility / 职责概况

• Responsible for leading the customer's factory acceptance testing / 负责主导客户厂验测试
• Responsible for implementation of small-scale in-factory testing / 负责BAC厂内小规模测试实施
• Responsible for third-party thermal performance testing management / 负责第三方热力性能测试管理。
• Full-process overall coordination of the testing project / 测试项目全程统筹协调
• Be responsible for the maintenance of testing equipment and test-related documents, as well as the formulation of standardization / 负责测试设备与测试相关文件维护，及标准化制定
• Be responsible for the daily management of the test area / 负责测试区的日常管理
• Be obliged to participate EHS activities and training organized by plan
• 积极参加公司组织的各项EHS活动及培训

岗位绩效目标及工作任务 / Performance Target and Working Task

• Responsible for the entire process of the customer's factory acceptance testing of the cooling tower, including formulating the testing plan, organizing the testing preparation meeting, organizing the testing technicians to carry out on-site testing, recording key data, analyzing the results and outputting acceptance reports in both Chinese and English, to ensure that the testing results meet the customer's and standard requirements
• 负责冷却塔的客户工厂验收测试全过程，包括制订测试方案、组织测试准备会、组织测试技术员执行现场测试记录关键数据、分析结果并输出中英文验收报告，确保测试结果满足客户与标准要求
• Based on the requirements of R&D, processimprovement and quality verification, undertake the testing tasks of cooling towers within the factory, set up the testing environment, operate testing instruments, collect and process data, and provide support for product optimization
• 根据研发、工艺改进及质量验证需求，承担厂内冷却塔测试任务，搭建测试环境、操作测试仪表、采集处理数据，为产品优化提供支撑
• Third-party thermal performance testing management: Connect with customers' demands for thermal performance testing, select and coordinate qualified third-party laboratory bench resources and certification institutions, take the lead in formulating test Outlines, track test schedules, on-site witness, data review and report evaluation, and ensure that tests comply with applicable standards such as CTI/ national standards
• 对接客户对热力性能测试的需求，甄选并协调具备资质的第三方实验台资源及认证机构，牵头制定测试大纲，跟踪测试排期、现场见证、数据复核及报告评审，确保测试符合CTI/国标等适用规范。
• From the input of testing requirements to the delivery of reports, coordinate all relevant resources and personnel, dispatch the cooperation of production, quality, engineering, supply chain and other departments, and allocate testing materials, instruments and field. Manage communication among multiple parties such as clients, third-party laboratories, and internal teams, solve unexpected problems, and ensure that the project is closed on time.
• 从测试需求输入到报告交付，协调所有相关资源与人员，调度生产、质量、工程、供应链等部门配合，调配测试物料、仪器与场地；管理客户、第三方实验室、内部团队等多方沟通，解决突发问题，确保项目按时闭环
• Responsible for the daily calibration, maintenance and list management of testing equipment and instruments. Compile and continuously optimize test operation procedures, factory inspection processes and test guidelines, and promote the standardization of test work
• 负责测试设备、仪器的日常校准、维护和台账管理；编写及持续优化测试操作规程、厂验流程和测试指导书，推动测试工作标准化
• Supervise and continuously promote the safety management and improvement work of the test area, track the test progress of test technicians, and supervise the 5S management of the test area.
• 监督并持续推进测试区的安全管理与改善工作，跟踪测试技术员的测试进度，监督测试区域的5S管理。
• Have innovative thinking and innovative consciousness, and put forward innovative suggestions for quality management, inspection methods and production management.
• 具备创新思维及创新意识，针对质量管理、检验方式及生产管理等提出创新性建议

任职条件:

• Education / 教育背景 Major / 专业：Thermal efrigeration\cryogenics\HVAC\ fluid mechanics etc. engineering major is preferred 热能、制冷低温、暖通空调和流体力学等工科专业优先
• Degree / 学历：Bachelor or above degree 本科及以上学历
• Language / 语言要求：Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 良好的英语听说读写能力
• Years of Experience / 工作年限：More than 2 years of testing/factory inspection/commissioning experience in cooling towers, heat exchange equipment or large scale thermal equipment 2 年以上冷却塔、换热设备或大型热工装备的测试 / 厂验 / 调试经验
• Industry Background / 行业背景：Mechanical or equipment manufacturing industry background is preferred 机械或设备等制造业背景优先

• Master the testing methods for the thermal performance of cooling towers 掌握冷却塔热力性能测试方法
• Familiarity with standards such as GB/T 7190 and CTI STD 201 is required. Candidates with practical experience in implementing or witnessing tests on third party laboratory benches are preferred 熟悉 GB/T 7190、CTI STD 201 等标准，有实际执行或见证第三方实验台测试经验者优先
• Proficient in using test instruments such as temperature, humidity, flow rate, air volume and electric power, and capable of correctly setting up a data acquisition system and processing test data 熟练使用温度、湿度、流量、风量、电功率等测试仪表，能正确搭建数据采集系统并处理测试数据
• General Skill / 通用能力
• Be capable of reading process flow diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings, and possess strong hands on troubleshooting skills 能够读懂工艺流程图、电气原理图和机械装配图，具备较强动手排查能力
• Outstanding project management and cross departmental communication skills, capable of simultaneously advancing multiple testing tasks, precisely controlling resources, progress and risks 优秀的项目管理和跨部门沟通能力，能同时推进多个测试任务，精准把控资源、进度与风险
