Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components as per quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional checks, metallurgical testing, and microstructure analysis.
• Handle supplier quality issues, rejection reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
• Carry out failure analysis and support root cause investigations.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, SOPs, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate first sample inspections, localization sample approvals, and retain sample management.
• Generate quality MIS reports and support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S).
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and SAP quality transactions.

• Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, HVAC, or Industrial Equipment industry.
• Hands-on experience with metallurgical lab equipment, microscopes, profile projectors, and measuring instruments.
• Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical
